It was an easily accessible property. It was clean. Walls are thinner so you can unfortunately hear louder guests at times. Staff was nice.

As my flight came late, I arrived to the hotel at 2am with lots of luggage. Unfortunately the female receptionist refused me with the reason there was no room, although I showed her my booking reference number. She also said it would be better to find another hotel and came back to check in at 3pm. Finding another hotel at 2am with large size luggage, it was really terrible !!! Finally, with the enthusiastic intervention, her manager gave me the chance to get 1 room, then I got the room's key at 3:30am.

The rooms themselves were ok.

Stayed two days and absolutely nothing put out for breakfast even the it is included in the booking. Lots of shady characters hanging around the building. Service was very poor. Couldn’t do enough to not help you. Wasn’t even going to take back bottles of water left at our door that we didn’t order.

We booked a queen suite with a kitchenette and a pull out couch. The room had a weird odor. The size of the room was nice. The pull out couch mattress was in terrible condition and I had to go back to the front desk to ask for sheets and pillows. When using the shower, it sounded like you were about to fall through the floor. It made all kinds of creaky noises. The hotel was in a nice location and decent for the price.
