Extended Stay America Suites - Richmond - W Broad Street - Glenside - North

Great amount of space.

The brand 'Extended Stay America' is well-known, but I never realized that not every location is the same. I wish I could believe people's reviews and had not booked this location.

If you don't like room service (cleaning), then this hotel location is best for you, as they have a policy of no cleanup on request if your stay is less than a week. Lol! 😀 If you love the aromatic smell of cigarettes and weed as soon as you walk in, then this location is perfect for you. If you only like three items for breakfast—muffins, porch, and coffee—then their so-called complimentary breakfast is ideal. If you are a big fan of the smell coming from the hallway and room carpets, then book this location for at least a week to enjoy your vacation with family.

It’s not clean.

It looks to be in an office building area, but there’s privacy and trees all around. Much more calm and clean than I would have expected based on the location. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The location was good. Parking included.

Breakfast - oatmeal- (no additives), muffins, or orange. A photo on site said breakfast was available and had pictures with hard boiled egg and fruit. Maid service - was done biweekly and of you want it sooner, I would have had to pay- I was there for 5 days and had to go get my own sheets and towels. Beds- room was for 4 people- couch pulled out and was the creaky-ist most uncomfortable thing I slept on and I have done A LOT of traveling. The elevator needed some work- made scary noises during ise- ended up taking stairs almost the whole time. Bugs in the hallway.
