Hilton Garden Inn Calgary Airport

Booked a pre trip stay before a Caravan Tour. Also stayed 2 additional nights for the Caravan trip. The room was very nice quiet and comfortable. Really appreciated the Keurig coffee maker. Used the pool and hot tub the first day. The food in the restaurant was excellent both for breakfast and dinner. Free airport shuttle too. A front desk employee Krisha was very helpful. We were unable to print our boarding pass. Krisha went out of her way to help us and get the computer working.

A lovely, clean hotel. Service was great. We had a problem with our transport to Banff in the morning, which Timothy resolved for us. He was enormously helpful for which we were very grateful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was good.

Drinks and snacks were tourist priced ($3.50 for a 75 cent granola bar?) No beer available for purchase within walking distance on the hotel.

The check in process took over an hour. The girl had no idea what she was doing. She entered & reentered my information resulting in multiple fraud alerts from my credit card company. When we finally reached resolution, I was given two full pages indicating charges & refunds. To my account. Totally unacceptable.

Close to airport. They got us an Uber since it was too late for their shuttle. Staff was good in helping with questions about City. Staff was friendly.

No stairs except to outside, had to wait forever for elevator from 2d floor. We were put in adjoining room with family on other side up until 1 am being very noisy. Carpet was drenched by air conditioner, got clothing wet I placed there. For the high price I would have expected better. They wouldn't provide any partial refund. Only recourse was to join Hilton and get points. Disappointed in their remedy.

My husband and I recently spent three nights at the Hilton Garden Inn Airport. We had the double queen room which was clean and had comfortable beds. There is an inside pool available as well as an on-site restaurant and meeting room. We really appreciated the free airport shuttle. Just let the people at the desk know what time you need picked up and they will schedule it. Very pleased.
