Hilton Garden Inn Calgary Airport

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good would definitely recommend this hotel, the rooms were very spacious, quiet, especially on the 5th floor as well as clean.

Nice property. Public areas are new-looking and nicely appointed. Room was good but the mattress and bedding was a major fail. Ill-matched, thread-bare linens and the mattress was terrible on the left-side; saggy and the springs were too soft and transferred a lot of movement. This is another property where the tub is far too small to bathe in and even narrow to stand in. Pool area is excellent and has better, later hours than most hotels. Shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast at the restaurant took far too long and required us to serve our own coffee in paper cups. Eggs came out overcooked. Would not eat here again.

Front desk attendant was impolite. Unacceptable in hospitality.

Very pleasant van driver and lovely room

A housekeeping slip up..a pair of men's underwear on floor by garbage,kinda gross but could easily been missed.Everything else was exceptionally clean and neat.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
