Have stayed here many times before, it was clean and comfortable. Swimming pool very good, and the grab car (instead of using taxis) was brilliant.

Check in was not a pleasant experience, too long winded, and l think the receptionist was having a very bad day, not very welcoming at all. Had to take my own suitcases up to my room. Didn’t have any hot water for a shower or a shave, luke warm water at best. The general appearance of the hotel needs to be updated/modernised, when we were checking out my 2000 pesos deposit was given to me in 50/100 pesos notes.

Very nice rooms. Excellent lobby. Beautiful rooftop pool. Mostly I really loved the staff. Miss Gem and Miss Michela at the front desk and Miss Bell, Miss Apple, and Miss Michela in the cafe were very nice to me.

The hallways on the residential floors look old. New carpet is recommended.
