It’s cozy , elegant . Neat and clean . the food they serve for breakfast is really good, the staff are great very friendly, approachable . I really love and enjoy my stay .

The hotel is old; everything is falling apart. The toilet flush didn’t work. In the middle of the night, water from the toilet spilled onto the floor. I asked to change rooms, but they refused. They sent a plumber and then a cleaner. After the “repair,” water still remained in the toilet bowl at all times. You can see this in the photos. The power outlets are so old that a phone plug won’t stay in. The sockets spark. My phone charger burned out—fortunately, not the phone itself. Breakfast is terrible. I asked for fried eggs—they supposedly cooked them—but afterward I had stomach problems. There is no real coffee; what they call coffee is just dark yellow water with no taste or aroma.

Great experience we had. We stayed for 5 days and extended another night here. The location is very wise it’s just infront of US Embassy and few minutes walk to Luneta Park . Lots of convenience store nearby and fast foods like Chowking burger king, Starbucks is just down below the hotel. Banks nearby… coffee bean , Mercury drugstore is also walkable. . CLEAN ROOM upon arrival. . Buffet Breakfast is good everyday diff menu. I like that! The only downside we experienced is that their free WiFi is very weak. . They need to upgrade to accommodate big influx of guests staying there. And housekeeping should make sure to properly arranged the bathroom supplies properly. Over all it’s all good experience. Hope when we get back The staff will be more courteous with their guest and smiling as well. It’s very important.

The 2thousand at check in deposit was a joke. Then before I get it back I had to wait for a room inspection.
