Place was a dump, we ended up asking for a refund. Didn't stay. First room key didn't work, went back to the office and they gave me a different room, got to the new room and the door was unlocked, and room was a mess, beds were not made, it was dirty. Had not been cleaned

1. room not clean or ready. staff lied. we checked in at 10pm and they sent someone to clean at 11:30pm to clean room (including bathroom), change linens. 2. dirty bedsheets and blankets with yellow stains on them. replacement blankets were worse than before. Upon complain to the staff finally they sent fresh ones. 3. we had non-smoking room, but whole property stank of weeds all the time with people smoking openly. 4. cleaner looked shady. 5. we had booked 2 rooms. due to above ordeal and late hour we had to send kids to old grandparents room to sleep and that was quite inconvenient for everyone. 6. 2nd room bathroom was dirty and never cleaned. 7. very poor lighting in rooms. only one desk lamp and one light fixture at the entry. 8. phone didn't work. 9. AC unit was broken with front part hanging out. 10. dirty floor. 11. tap water in 2nd room felt like of yellow shade and felt unsafe drinking from it. 12. dirty and stained chair. 13. above all very disappointing to have booking.com listing such bad propeties on the website. On booking.com's reputation we booked this and it ruined our vacation.

There was no breakfast but the girl at the desk was friendly and nice

The rooms were dirty with blood stains on the sheets and cigarette burns on the comforter. Also the walls were dirty

Everything was wonderful staff was pleasant and accommodating. Nice and clean room. Value for the money. I am glad I choose Red Roof Inn over Motel 6

I often stay here whenever I look for work. I often stay and nice clean rooms. Friendly staff, and is a great place to stay.
