Nice friendly staff . Clean fresh bed and nice clean bathrooms.. will stay here again I recommend this place for families. Close activity for everyone...

So much improvement since last year! Clean room, comfortable bed. very friendly staff and great prices! Quiet and safe.

I have temporary work at Vandenberg Space Force. I was told about the Red Roof Inn hotel in nearby Lompoc. I decided to check out the accommodations to see if they appealed to fastidious ways. I stayed for a weekend, and was pleasantly surprised. I will continue my six weekends stay for the duration of my assignment. The things that attracted me to the hotel and kept me coming back were the service, the nice rooms, the location, the price, and the atmosphere in general. But mostly, I was treated like family. I highly recommend the Red Roof Inn to anyone visiting in the area.

I would advise to not book with them. The conditions of the place were very sketchy and dirty. Sheets were invested with bugs, not properly cleaned, comforter was stained, sheets had holes in it from people smoking. Fire alarm was tampered with exposed wires, deadbolt was replaced but the door itself barely hanging on and the latch had a missing screw. With all these going on, there was no towels available in the room.The management is impossible to get hold of fix any of these issues for over 3 hours. After that, I had to check out and look for safer and cleaner alternatives later.

The price wasn’t bad

We didn’t get any towels and had to request them. We only received a couple of bath towels but nothing more even after telling us they would bring them over.

First of all the pictures do not show what this place actually is, I don’t really rate much but this hotel was the worse stay I’ve ever had, first of all there was some shady people their, looks like they were selling some substance there, bunch of homeless around and looked like there are people living in some of the rooms, the rooms were absolutely dirty, smelly and grimy, tv did not work, Fridge did not work, there was no shampoo or body wash in the restroom and since I was staying there two days I let the staff know that I needed room service and all the items that weren’t working so they said they were going to send the technician to solve all the problems but when I got back later that day absolutely nothing was done not even the room service which was absolutely frustrating not only that but the Wi-Fi is basically useless because it constantly looses signal this was just my experience so I would highly recommend you not to stay here if you enjoy a good night sleep.

Good value for the price. Some of the people staying there appeared shady, but were very nice when I said hello with a smile.
