Extended Stay America Suites - Melbourne - Airport

The place was dirty. The first room we were in had a dirty toilet, broken hide a bed and smelled awful. The second room smelled better but was still dirty in some places. There was moisture in the bathroom on the ceiling that was dripping and yellow. Within a couple hours I was feeling ill. There was a homeless man digging through the inside trash at the end of the hall that was overflowing and sketchy people staying there. We left after I started feeling ill. I overheard a lady talking to the manager about using vinegar on the walls for what I can only imagine is the smell of this place. The lady at the counter who helped wasn’t even from this location originally but due to staffing was here. She was very kind. Because we were there for three hours the manager only wanted to refund us 50% to which I asked for more as this was a huge inconvenience and because of the conditions of the room. She gave us 70% to which I took and ran.

The staff were always very nice and so helpful! Very attentive to my every need. Also very patient when I had trouble with my booking dates!

Honestly can't say anything.

Pair of stars for the effort but the place stinks of mildew and animal smells, was no clarity of the lack of pool, was empty and with leaves on it, they do not offer breakfast, just some snacks and coffee. front desk staff were nice,

Nice place

The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. There were taco bell bags behind the night stand. The shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. The room smelled like cigarette.
