Big size room

Wasn’t worth the price they want for it

Floors were greasy, not enough pillows or linens for four people. Pull out sofa was unusable, I tried to dust off the mattress but it was stained and thin. Full size bed was old and gross too.

Easy access to interstate. Excellent water pressure. Cost efficient.

Unpleasant odor throughout. No kitchenware. Pool out of order. Looked as cheap as what we paid.

The staff was great. The only thing that I wish was better was there was no comforter or extra blankets in the room, and no shampoo when I asked for some

They didn’t even have my reservation even though it was confirmed days before arrival

This hotel was grotesque. t smelled so bad, I couldn't tolerate it. The lobby smelled bad but I was hopeful the room would be ok. When I got into the room it smelled like someone had died in it. The room was dingy and musty and dark. I tried to ignore it but it made me sick. It smelled so bad I couldn't sleep. I got out moved to another hotel.

They called and cancelled one of my rooms the day of so I was left scrambling trying to find another place to accommodate us. It was really bad.
