Worst hotel i have stayed at period. Smells, no front desk service half the day. Dogs bark all night in the other rooms. Ghetto and run down. Not worth the cheap rate.

Price

You have to pay for things that were expected to be included and those things weren’t noted ahead of time. If you wanted any kind of kitchen utensil, you had to pay for it. The unit had a full kitchen with no pans or dishes or silverware. You also hade to pay for extra towels. Even if you turned in your used ones, you couldn’t get clean ones without paying. If this is your corporate policy, it should be on your website and your booking information.

This was very inconvenient for me and my family. We paid in advance for the room weeks before going. When we arrived the staff had no room available for us. Then they called an offsite manager and they were told by that manager to just give us a smaller room with one bed… this would not work for our situation. So my options were a smaller room that didn’t work or to find somewhere else to stay. Then I was told I could not be reimbursed becuase I did it through a third party. So I was out 200$ for the room and had to find another room at 10 pm. I had to spend another 300$s. So I would like a full refund for this stay. The hotel also sent back a return email saying that they were not able to provide us a room and it was completely their fault.

Our stay was quiet, had no issues at all. The only issue was the fan in bathroom didn't work which really wasn't an issue, other than that no problem

I am so happy we found this place we were staying at the motel 6 in Canton which slowly took a nose dive in quality the last few months and the stay here at AES has been a breath of fresh air and it's so clean and spacious! Beware of the German roaches if u decide to stay at motel 6 in the near future when u leave they may travel with u...GROSS!!

It was clean.

The pool was closed. The website advertises free breakfast. This is not true. You have to pay for linen. To top it off no one was there to give a receipt at checkout. I’ve stayed at other extended stay hotels and this experience was not the best. Be mindful when traveling and booking here.

The room was very spacious, I'm a family of five and we had plenty of space, the price for what you get is prefect even though the pool was not open. The room size and cleanliness made up for it. It's pet friendly and i only heard a dog once and i think they were passing my room, so it's insulated. And did i say clean? If i had time i could have soaked in that tub for sure. You guys were great though, thanks.

This was the worst hotel ever. They charged us $2 per person per day if we wanted clean towels and washrags. They do not come in daily to "clean" we were informed that they do that every 2 weeks. The front desk is never open and if they are there they will give you towels with hairs all on them.... The hallways smelt like skunk weed and there was a dog turd in the elevator. If you don't have back probably you will after sleeping on their bed. They do not have a hairdryer in the room. You will have to go to the front desk for shampoo good luck with that. They also only give you one little bitty bar of soap.
