The entrance of the building smelled we only had 2 towels when the reservation was for 5

location and cleanliness

I had to wait 15 minutes before sone7came to the front desk for me to check in. There was only 1 trash can. I expe9onento be on the sleeping or kitchen area along with the one in the bathroom. They didn't change out/give new towels.

Only issue I experienced was loud stomping,jumping coming from the above room first night I arrived.,it went on for quite sometimes. I tried to report the issue at time of occurrence unfortunately call to the front desk was unsuccessful as it was “ after hours”,very frustrating!! However I did advise front desk desk next morning

I don’t even know how this is a hotel. There was no amenities in the room whatsoever. There was no shampoo, conditioner or anything in the bathroom besides one bar of soap. There was no coffee maker in the room. When I went to find the free coffee and breakfast in the lobby, it didn’t exist. I had to drive to Starbucks. There is no one even working in the morning and it’s shuttered up. Then there was a dog barking forever at 3:00 in the morning. Tried to call the hotel number but it said front desk was closed. I wasn’t leaving my room at 3:00 in the morning to go to the lobby phone. I don’t understand how people can just let their dogs bark uncontrollably. There is no way that anybody would want to have an extended stay here. The kitchen is basically nonexistent. There is nothing in it. You have to bring all of your own things or buy them. That defeats the purpose of staying in a place like this. I guess I have learned my lesson and will splurge a little bit more on a better place considering I had to pay $10 for breakfast. The only good thing about the room is it was fairly clean.

I didn't get the room that I paid for I didn't get breakfast there no one there i need help in had Questionswas no water no ice I didn't get good service I couldn't even get no one there I didn't even get to see anyone to talk to this morning one bed in a the room i couldn't get no sleep because of the 7 dogs

Good space. Nice layout of a room. 2 desk chairs for 2 people. Room heat works, refrigerator works. This is not the case with many of the Extended Stays we’ve been at. Comfortable bed. There is an oven here. The only thing is that you need to bring your own pans and dishes. They are available, but you have to purchase them. Staff is very nice.
