Clean room but toilet ran constantly and shower wouldn't drain

Very friendly staff. It was very busy with multiple parties and groups and a wedding reception all in the same weekend and they handled it very well

Blain was very helpful and nice. He found me a cart to load my items and helped with everything. He and the staff were great !

Smooth and efficient check in , Bonvoy account recognized. Large front desk reception area which is on the first floor level dominated by central atrium! Spacious clean and comfortable room , well sound proofed and equipped to the usual Marriott standard. I was on the 12th floor and had a corner room . Shower was powerful with good temperature control. Good non slip floor in shower area ! I had a drink and a snack in the lobby bar , excellent lady behind the bar who remembered what I was drinking , snack was nice and price was good / reasonable. Had a very good sleep . Good location around 15-25 minutes from the international airport, depending on the time of day / night . Hotel is very close to one of the bridges crossing the nearby river and it’s a short walk across to nearby restaurants, shops and sports stadiums , YardHouse , CVS, Walgreens, Kroger and others between 15-25 walk . Lovely hotel , friendly staff throughout and a pleasant safe city

This is a convention hotel. We came during non convention, on a Sunday night when hotel was very quiet. So our experience was exceptional. We were upgraded to corner room with view of river plus a side window. Our corner room was very large with comfortable seating area. Room was super quiet. The hotel is a short stroll to Roebling Bridge for easy walk to Cincinnati Riverside and the stadiums. The Covington side riverwalk area is also lovely. M&O restaurant was very good but it is literally in the open middle of the lobby/atrium so felt awkward to us. We have no complaint, no negatives to report. Our only tip is that the website says offsite parking available, but it is in fact a large clean parking garage connected to the side of the hotel with direct access doors on each level. So save the $40 valet and just drive around the side of the building to park for $12.

Our overnight stay was fine. We chose this hotel because it was walking distance to the Great American Ball Park. Just across the walking bridge. To me price was high for just an overnight stay but where isn't it.

Balcony river view rooms are awesome. Great location and friendly staff.

Felt very unsafe at night. They had 3 weddings there the evening we stayed. Heard screaming in lobby before bed. Woken up at 3:30am with frantic banging on door to our room. Moved a dresser in front of door & luckily had mace with us. Called front desk. They said they would send someone up to check but never followed up. We had to call again to find out what happened & they said they didnt see anyone but lots of the guests from wedding were rowdy & did not seem concerned at all after we told them we didn’t feel safe. It seemed like they were used to that complaint. There is no security & anyone can walk in off street without being questioned. Next day we asked to speak to manager & he offered us a cup of coffee or a free breakfast - unbelievable!! That was the price of our safety. Our waitress had already given us a free breakfast before we even spoke to manager. Apparently guests get a breakfast voucher for a free breakfast & we didn’t get one so she was very nice to do that. The staff there was lovely But the manager Jackson Weber said “sorry” but did not offer to refund our room. We were up from 3:30am & scared for our lives. Will never ever stay there again. If you value safety, do not stay there. Its a free for all. No concern for their guests - just let the wedding parties get out of control to the detriment of their regular guests. Very surprised since its a Marriott. Do better Marriott. And hire managers with a spine who will protect their guests!!!!
