The room had a Terrible odor Like old mold smell My sister couldn't take it any more and I was sneezing We were booked for 2 days and could not stay the 2nd day It added so much stress to our trip Not a reflection on the front staff . They were amazing . But the owners need to refurbish the room Terrible

The room was disgusting. There was a dead roach in the closet. The floor looked like it had never been mopped. Under the bed, there was trash and a dirty baby bottle with milk in it. The bathroom (sink, shower, mirror) were nasty. The desk was closed so I had to use a phone in the entrance way to call to be checked in and this was before 11pm. The next morning we tried asking for towels and washcloths, desk wasn't open again and no one would answer the phone. The kitchen was missing cabinets. I could go on and on.

Honestly we booked for 2 days but left in one day :( we could not bear it . Staff was friendly though.

No breakfast , no place to sit in the lounge or there is no lounge at all .

We got there at 9pm for a one night stay, got given a room, and when we went to said room some guy was just furiously masterbating in said room, go back down, get new room, new room had no towels, rags, ok go to desk, desk is closed called the line for the hotel service, absolutely rude service from them blaming us for not having the hotel room ready, got towels and rags from the wonderful manager there, no soap, shampoo or anything go through that whole process again, but the person on the phone was even worse honestly wouldn’t stay here again .

We checked in, the room was missing bedding for the sofa bed. Called front desk, they took care of it right away. The hallways had an odd nasty smell to them. The GFI outlet in the bathroom was broken and we forgot to notify the front desk, so if you read this, the outlet buttons were cracked and not functioning. Otherwise the room was clean, and did not smell. We only spent time in the room to sleep as we were attending a family function in the area. It was satisfactory for our visit. Thank you
