We got there,nobody was at the counter, then Linda finally came out and stared at us, I told her we were there to check in. She got out IDs scanned them then got on the phone for 15 minutes. Finally said they had one room left that we could check and see if it was up to our standards.. the room smelled like mold, they had a fan going, big wet spot on the ceiling, disgusting. So 30 minutes later we had to leave at 1am with 2 sleeping children and all our bags in hand and go book a different hotel. Awful experience.
