The staff was friendly upon check in The size of the room was great and the location close to Cleveland clinic for appointments

The beds had hair and dirt on them we slept with our own blankets worried to use the ones on the bed There was a live roach in the bathroom when we got up The floors needed swept better Mildew in the showers And the microwave & cabinets really needed wiped down Also only had muffins for breakfast tho after seeing the roach I doubt we’d had eaten there

Staff was great. Room clean and comfortable. Very safe area and close to highway, shopping and restaurants.

My car got broken i to and robbed 360$ and my back seat was cleard out ,room smelt like nasty feet and cigarettes, they said they wenrnt responsible wouldnt even comp.me a night.no compassion what so ever .alsmost feel like they thought it was funny.never agian will i stay at this place.and if i were you i wouldnt either

the room was big enough for my group

the phone in my room didn't work. the blow dryer started smoking when I used it. the floor was very loud late in evening with people beating on doors.

Alex at the front desk is aware of my situation. I am requiring a refund since I did not stay. I will write a more formal review and request when I have time. I am currently moving cross country and am short on time to address this most unfortunate situation. One room had its door open so I went no further, the next room had a terrible stench from people smoking and vaping. Please refund my money and look for another letter later. TRS

Really Nice

Mike who checked is on was fantastic, but i know its an extended stay, but regardless it wasnt cool with the smell of Marijuana wafing down the halls and the loud verbal fighting, and cussing. Overall it was clean but I wouldn't walk around without socks or slippers. Being in westlake, i didnt expect that. I would have expected it closer to downtown cleveland or brookpark.
