Extended Stay America Suites - Cleveland - Westlake

Unfortunately our room was not cleaned very well. There were dirty towels under the bed. The floor seemed very dirty.

The room was dirty. The above was awful with Burned stuff inside. The floors were dirty, the walls had stains and the bathroom had hair on the floor. Sorry the area is great but the room we got was no even enough to consider a one star.

For the price the room was spacious and clean. The entire first floor smelled like wet dog. The 2nd floor smelled like smoke or pot (alternating) and the 3rd floor smelled like something cooking??? A baby was often crying and various people were arguing often. Felt like many guests were residents. No lid for coffee cups and we only got 1 plate after I begged at the front desk for him to wash one for us. Place was kind of a dump, but we only stayed 1 night so it was fine.

Staff was helpful

It was NOT what I would call breakfast. Online it said breakfast, in reality it was coffee and a granola bar. At check in was told "breakfast" would be from 6-10. Next morning coffee was gone well before 10.

Lack of breakfast and no ice machine.

Not the proper dishes given for the kitchen ...had to carry dishes up to my hotel in a tote by myself..old stove...dusty rooms...none working phone with dirt and hair stuck to it. For it to be $100 a night it was worth more like 60 or less

They would not supply kitchen utensils and desk staff was rude

Room smelled of animal piss. A bunch of discarded food and trash was under both beds.
