Room smelled like cigarette smoke

Horrible

Our check in was slow. The hotel room was run down and not clean. Linens were clean, but floors, walls, bathroom, and kitchen were dirty. Overall the place was rundown. When we found what seemed to be a bed bug in the morning, the front desk attendant met us with annoyance. They were rude and asked, "what do you want us to do?". Only as an afterthought did they come up to the room after we were trying to get ready to leave. We weren't left with many options booking last minute. However, id wished we'd have booked a more expensive hotel and saved ourselves headaches and worries.

Clean. Great location. Staff very nice.

This place is pretty decent. It was clean, roomy, had a ton of outlets, which nowadays is a big deal. The shower was clean, had plenty of hot water available. The ac worked great. Dishes, pots, silverware were available upon request. However, I would have liked to have dish soap available. I’d take that over soap for the shower! Beds were comfy. Definitely somewhere we will stay again. This is a perfect”I just need a bed for the night” place.

The area of the hotel is very nice, lots of restaurants and even a grocery store. Staff was friendy and very helpful. The hotel itself was not the cleanest unfortunately, hallways had a bad smell so did the elevator. Had to switch rooms too due to first room not being cleaned properly and smell of cigarette.
