The room was unclean, bathtub was dirty and the finish was peeling. The staff was unprofessional with a bad attitude.

The hotel was VERY outdated! The smell was horrendous, stale cigarettes and something else. I don't get what was going on with the bed. The mattress had a plastic bag around it so every time you moved it made a loud noise. The door to the room had a big gap so you heard everyone walking by which kind of creeped me out with privacy. The client tell were sketchy, as I was being checked in someone stole another person's Door Dash order. The carpet going to the room was very dirty and worn looking! I was also afraid to even step into the kitchen area, it was just dirty looking with the paint peeling all over the place. The bathroom was also ick, I needed to take a shower so bad and when I looked in the bathroom I didn't even want to step into it! Overall I am pretty surprised I am alive today.

We were only there a few hours after a flight cancellation. It was a convenient location and the staff was great

Our room was ok, the chair next to the bed had multiple cuts in the seat, kitchen chairs were wobbly. There was what looked like blood splattered across the front of the bathroom cabinet and little blood stains on one corner of the bed. One of the pillows has a big gross wet stain on it that was visible through the end of the pillowcase. Ad I said we were only there a few hours.

This extended stay is a hotel for the unhoused. The front desk clerk is behind a fully enclosed thick glass room, like at a bank or those gas staions in the city. Loud music at 3am, lots of yelling. Paint chipping on every surface, caked on dirt along every wall on the uncarped floor. Even though there are no smoking signs everywhere, the place is thick with the smell of cigarettes. And when we got there, there were no pillowcases on the pillows the night shift person had to bring those up. We stayed 10mins felt completely unsafe and left. No refunds, ugh. I booked this because we had been traveling via plane all day and our flight has been canceled and I just wanted a few hours of sleep before having to head back to the airport. When I booked this it was rated at a 4.9 star with great pictures, however I didnt realize it was 4.9 stars out of 10. The only good part about this was the night clerk was so nice from check in to check out and was very understanding about why we were leaving.
