Very very basic breakfast

Hotel no should have a shuttle bus service from/to the Philadelphia airport ( advertised as a airport hotel )

The one night that I spent in this hotel was the worst night ever. The room smelled like cat and dog shit! I am still trying to recover from my allergies. The bed felt like I was laying on the floor. My joints and entire body hurts. The hallway smelled like someone pee on the floor. Very nasty! I will.not recommend this to my worse enemy.

The room had a terrible odor, like something had died inside. I immediately complained to the front desk, but I was told there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked. Staff came to the room with air freshener to try to mask the smell, but it did not help at all. The odor was so overwhelming that it made me physically sick, and I ended up vomiting. I could not stay in the room and had to book another room elsewhere at the last minute. On top of that, I was given the runaround regarding a refund and felt completely brushed off by staff. I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled, and the customer service throughout the experience was horrible.

Fire alarm kept going off. Then appliances were not working. Not clean old and stained furniture broken drawers.
