Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Bedford - Dallas

Parking seemed ok. The Hotel was the nosiest Ever hotel we ever stayed. People slamming doors all hours of the nights. Made compliant to front desk about the family above our room. Children jumping & moving furniture this went on through the all hours of the night. Seemed parents werent present or just didnt care about others in the hotel.needless to say we didnt get much sleep. Wont recommend this hotel to the over 55.

Clean room, friendly staff. My only issue was the shower wouldn’t work on warm/cold only on hot.

Room was clean except the shower - it was disturbingly dirty. I had to say something, and the front desk guy came and cleaned it. The hallway smelled like smoke, but our room did not. The property has NO icemaker, so bring your own and breakfast was a huge disappointment. Juice, coffee, toast, waffles, cereal, but i didnt see any milk. Once that stuff was gone there was no refilling. The coffee was good, though. The bed slept very well and the AC was nice and cold.

Room and bathroom were dirty. Shower was nasty couldn’t even shower in it

Room was unable to get to only after 30 minutes. Also unexpected fees of $100 deposit fee isn’t what I like

They have roaches. The hallway smells like fried fish. For breakfast it no meat they only had waffles, bread, and cereal. I would never be back.

Hotel only had one language cart and someone had kept in there room.
