Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Bedford - Dallas

I was pleased with my experience at this hotel. I read reviews saying that there were stains on the sheets and towels, but from what I saw there were no such stains. The staff was friendly and helped me out when i needed more pillows and towels. One thing I will nitpick at was that the water pressure for the shower was very low to my liking. But besides that it was great for the price.

I was placed in a room with a full blown roach infestation, like there is NO way they couldn’t have known they were in there. As soon as I turned the lights off they came out. I went to reach for my drink and seen two scatter turned in my light and three more scattered on the floor. Tried to be lofgjcal and just sprayed with the bleach spray I had but then I saw another crawling in the light next to the bed. I in turn had to move rooms at 2:30 am and when I got to my new room the two bags I had open in the old room EACH had a roach jump out of them😭😭😭 I continued to see pest thru out my entire stay. They need a full blown fumigation in there smh.

No coffee in the room. Ok. Breakfast was dismal and out of coffee. Asked front desk and 20 min later and something resembling coffee appeared. Pruce was tight for so-so quick overnight. Will not stay again.

The location

The room looked like it was built by a do-it-yourself'er. While traveling from a different state by car, I received a phone call saying someone wanted to extend their stay, was it OK, to cancel our reservation? I was shocked! "You're trying to cancel our room?" I asked. Their reply was something along the lines of "Yes, we have people wanting to extend, do you want me to cancel your reservation for you?". She seemed surprised when I said "no". There was no orange juice at the breakfast bar. I mentioned this to the desk. 20 minutes later they told me they were out. When checking in and checking out I had to Knock/call out/knock again/Call out, before someone helped us.

Dirty beds . Shower wasn’t clean the room they move me to appear clean but wasn’t

Horrible place to stay at very dirty never returned my deposit back there scammers plz dont stay here and save yourself your mi ey dont make the same mistake i did

The breakfast only had options of waffles/yogurt/toast/bagels. All the bagels were stale and hard the waffle mix was out as well as the syrup. Not allowed to take breakfast to your room. Have to leave a $100 deposit in order to check in.

Room was very clean. Bathroom door hangs on the floor, cannot close completely. Front desk was great, except one clerk. We went for fresh towels, were given only one set instead of two. Went back down and they were in the back office talking to someone yelling. Waited a while because you know they have cameras to see people standing there, but they never came out. Used one of our own towels, got fresh towels the next day. New person at the desk apologized for the problems.

I never got to stay here and nobody is helping me get my money back, also even via “agency” I paid for a vacation I never got to take and everyone is robbing me of my money and treating me like a fool.
