The property it’s okay, the problem is the staff and service. When me and my family got there it took about an hour to give us the key for the room , once we were in the room it’s not clean properly a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower and on the towels , we ask then if someone can go and clean or give us another room , the answer was No we don’t have someone to clean . So we had to ask for refund for the rest of the days and move to another hotel . La Quinta from Bedford Texas nice staff and excellent service.

The front desk was not manned most of the time.

This place is doing the bare minimum. It was fine for a stay by myself, but very bare bones. There were stains on the floor, towels, and bed. There were only a couple towels total in the bathroom. The kitchen doesn’t have any dishes or cooking tools- there was a coffee pot but no coffee. Very thin bedding and scratchy sheets. Only two small pillows. The AC did work well. Breakfast didn’t have many options at all. The elevator is a little rickety and scary. Gym only has a treadmill, elliptical, and bike- no dumbbells. There are some weird smells, I’d assume there is some mold. My shower had no hot water and both sinks were very inconsistent with temperature. I’d find somewhere else or bring a lot of your own stuff to use.

Roaches all over the room. Asked for a new room, that gull of roaches too. Never compensated. Staff unwilling to help. Disgusted

Spent one night here when American Airlines put me up for the night. A large boring room, with the bed (which was actually okay for sleeping) right next to the in-wall A/C. One towel in the bathroom. An unopened single-pack of toilet paper on the toilet with NO holder anywhere. A thin bar of soap that had to serve to wash your hands, to shower, and as shampoo (no shampoo). So sparse. The front desk had no toiletries, which surprised me because it appears that most of their business comes from stranded travelers. While I hope to never get stranded again, I can say confidently that I will never select Hawthorne Suites as a place to stay for the night for my own travel needs.

BYOB bring your own blanket! They only have two sheets for bedding.

The bar and grill next to it was not to bad. Lots of options to eat nearby.

They have a good breakfast to go. Waffles are delicious.
