"Worst experience!!!!"

Absolutely Nothing!!!

When we arrived, I genuinely thought we had pulled up to a homeless shelter. There was a homeless person sleeping outside—and shockingly, another one inside the lobby. The place felt unsafe and completely misrepresented. To make matters worse, our flight was delayed, and we arrived after 11 P.M.—only to find out they don’t allow check-ins after that time. They had already marked us as a no-show and still charged us for the night. No flexibility, no empathy. We spent the next two hours scrambling to find another hotel with availability, finally settling in after 1 A.M. This place deserves a new rating category: negative stars. Avoid at all costs.

"I was told there were no rooms and they still tried to charge me."

Nothing

When we got there she said they did not have a room and suggested we lug all out bags or catch another Uber to another extended stay. With no promise of a room. I did not a get a room AND THEY STILL TRIED TO CHARGE ME AFTER TURNING ME AROUND!!!
