I love this hotel. It’s my number one go to.

The property was in a good location where there was a lot of places to visit nearby

Unfortunately, the TV was not working and the breakfast wasn’t that very exciting

Everything was perfect to my family

Front desk was mean and rude. Stay away, spend the extra 15-30 bucks and go to the hotels next door.

Absolutely filthy. Canceled the reservation and stayed somewhere else. Sheets stained yellow, carpet looked, the room smelled, pull out bed was so nasty we couldn’t let our kids sleep on it, bathroom wasn’t even cleaned.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I'm in my 60s and have traveled a lot. They gave me a handicapped room on the 2nd floor, and the elevator was broken. No big deal because I'm in good shape so I had no issues taking the stairs with my luggage. The bathroom light was like a very dull yellow bug light. I could barely see anything. The toilet almost overflowed so I had to turn off the water. There were no bedspreads. Only a sheet and a thin blanket. I tried to look for a blanket in the dresser, but the drawer front wasn't screwed to the drawer so it fell off and almost landed on my foot, which definitely would have caused a bad injury. The TV didn't work. There were all kinds of holes and nails in the walls, and the stove was rusty. I didn't pay attention to any of the other appliances because I was only there overnight. The guests on the floor above me were very loud from the time I checked in at 9pm until midnight. The floors are faux wood so there's no carpet to absorb the noise. It sounded like they were running back and forth across the room and dragging their suitcases and then dropping things off the bed. I called at 10pm and the very nice front desk attendant Karen said she would speak to them. The entire one star that I'm giving this establishment goes to Karen. She was very professional, friendly and competent. I didn't take a shower because it was gross & too dark to see anything. This place is a total dump so don't waste your hard-earned money. If I had read the other Yelp reviews, I never would have booked this place.
