Suburban Studios Houston North I-45

Dirty, unsafe, a lot of in and out traffic with suspicious transactions going on that has nothing to do with the hotel, this is not a hotel this is a shelter people actually live there, there were at LEAST 12 dogs one of which was growling at me while I was at the front desk on its way out and when it came back in, while I was waiting for a solution a lady in regular clothes started mopping the reception area while on her phone and literally mopped around my feet, it smells horrible, it’s has roaches on the walls and mouse droppings, the room was dirty and dark even with the lights on looks nothing like the pictures, this was a part of my bundle package with flight hotel and car I had a 4 night stay I refused to stay there and they refused to give me a refund DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DON’T BOOK .. Thank me later

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was my first time in Houston it was my birthday trip and staying here really ruined my trip. It was supposed to be no pets only service animals I was put on the third floor which was full of pets it smelled terrible I had to listen to barking all night kids are screaming all night and morning terrible place to stay don’t waste your money.

Me and My family stayed for 2 nights and on the 3rd day My husband was told we couldn't stay another When he asked the receptionist why was that she had NO CLUE but Then the louder talking lady Yelled out because their choices program had sold/ booked Our room and Were only paying day by day so there for they couldn't accommodate no longer!!!!!!

It wasn't very clean We killed multiple roaches and not to mention the sofa beds were Super nasty my children refused to sleep on them So I had to go out and purchase air mattresses they NO ADDITIONAL BEDDINGS THERE WAS NOT EVEN A BLANKET ON THE BED ONLY A TOP SHEET then when we inquired about it We were told that people normally bring their own because it's an extended stay with they really should put on to the booking!

Everything was smooth with my stay. No issues

Manager was nice and was doing the best she could with what she had at hand.

Over booked couldn't stay there had to find a different place when my reservation was booked days in advance.

The room keeps showing as available and it’s not once we get there extreamly frustrating

This place is a freaking joke ! Ridiculous. So I made the reservation on hotels com my husband and I got the hotel t checkin and as we did so we saw ourselves to the room. It had been raining earlier in thee evening so it wasn't a big deal when I went to the window seal and what I thought at the moment was just condensation would a few min turn into a pool of water onto of our ac unit with what came to be a hole in the ceiling that I could put my fist into. Yes yes yes, my room staring making this dripping noise with water coming down I had no idea bc the hole was basically hidden behind the curtain, there was a leak from upstairs a/c unit. It was so large when my husband and I laid on the bed the water actually splashed us. I started calling the front desk no one would answer. I came concerned when it was so much h I had to put a trash can underneath it so water wouldn't hit the floor bc the wire from the ac was laying on the floor . Then another problem we may have which would have been a live wire. So I called choice hotels complained to them and I told them no biggie I would ride it out until the morning bc the night person and choice hotels assured me I could move the next morning. I got moved at 4 pm the next day . Called thehotel again and complained bc not only a hole black mold infestation. Choice gave me points to get 2 nights free. I stayed one the next day the made me leave early and told choice I was a liar when I have videos , pics to prove everything.
