this hotel was absolutely disgusting check in time was 3 didn’t check in until after 3 because they were “cleaning” room was STILL DIRTY. Hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed. Room had roaches would not give me any type of refund left with 2nights paid for. would give 0 stars if possible

The place was a dump. Booking.com booked us to the hotel at a low price. When we got there the place was a total dump. It’s surrounded by garbage and torn up buildings in a good area off the freeway. When we pulled up it looked nothing like the pictures online. It was trash everywhere. Hood kids crowded the parking lots playing like it’s their drive way not willing to move for incoming traffic. There were people arguing about to fight in the lobby and blunt was left on the counter. It stinks soon as you walk in. Pulling in we saw stack of mattresses by trash can with black marks that scared us to the fact they may have had bed bugs. Bad customer service. Pool was closed and filthy. Then upon checking property they couldn’t book us or cancel us because they had no rooms. We spent an hour sitting in our car after driving from Dallas on phone with booking. Com dealing with this situation and it was never resolved neither did we get our money back. I had to drive back to Dallas and cancel the rest of our stay because booking.com took the last of our money and didn’t refund us. I highly recommend not going to this hotel or using booking.com ever again.

I didn’t like anything about this place or the service provided by booking. Com they don’t update hotel photos it’s a scam. And when we talked to agent she was from south east Asia. I asked her to call hotel while I was standing in lobby to talk to manager so we could cancel and get our money back. She put me on hold and said she couldn’t reach them 3 times. So I called the same number from my wife’s phone and the hotel phone rang. Then when me and hotel manager saw they were playing games and giving us the run around she accused the hotel manager of being fraudulent by booking rooms when full. They went back and forth. Then the agent rep wouldn’t give me her rep id number to call and reference my case and dispute to get my money back instead she told me here name was iris and I needed to wait 45 minutes to let them contact hotel and cancel reservation then help us find somewhere else by this time it’s 8 pm. 101 degrees in Texas heat with a car full of groceries. We got up at 4 am and drove down to Houston just finished a 5 hour event and drove 30 minutes from the event to hotel just to be told they full. On top of the sight of filth pulling up to this hood project housing unit. It was a nightmare out of a movie or tv show.

They had no room available. I had to book elsewhere. I want my refund, and no more bs. You people suck.

Nothing

There was roaches. First room had no TV, no sofa bed mattress and the phone did not work. The hotel smelled of weed as soon as you walked in. It is very unkempt. The second room had no comforter, the chair was a lawn chair, roaches crawling everywhere.

Checking in and they had no room available even though they showed the prepaid reservation. Found a room in poor condition that was not rentable because of repairs needed. Couldn’t get a room key because machine was broke to make them. So she let us in and couldn’t leave room without getting locked out. My stay in area was for another 3 nights, glad I only booked one night stayed elsewhere for rest of time
