The level of clean non working elevator and maintenance

The toilet in my room did not flush unless I first filled the tank with water from the bathtub. There were folks smoking weed and cigs all over inside the rooms especially on the first floor where I had my room located. I asked to be put on the 3rd floor and was refused due to "our guests with animals are on that floor". The coffee pot was a joke. I've never been in such a horrible hotel. It is way below Choice Hotels standards and you should remove your name from this hotel. I will NEVER stay here ever again and will advise my friends to do the same. The stove is dated back in the 1990's. There were no utensils or even 1 single glass or plate in the room. I was missing towels and I even had to bring in my own bed blanket as they said they had no blankets for guests.

You can do whatever you want

The first time I stayed here I guess the room we just remodeled or something (because I can smell the paint) My wife and I fell in love with the room, even overcoming the heavy weed smell in the highway! The second time I felt like I got robbed for my money, It was just nasty downright disgusting! The room smell like sewer and mildew mixed together with dog poop and hair every! Talk to the people at the front desk, They tried to move me to two different rooms that smelt way worser and unclean, I was told they were going to give me some of my money back! I have not received anything but a lie, I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to stay here!!! I am not the type to write bad reviews, because I run a business myself! I understand bad reviews can kill a business, but I'll never get over any of my customers like this so I had no choice!

The hotel it’s self was nice the cable needs to be betters f the staff needs to be better but one person her name was Dora she was the only staff member who tried to make sure my stay was good.

The pets and the ppl staying there was rude and loud and the staff was unhelpful but one
