Hamilton Plaza Hotel & Conference Center

Good location downtown. My room was fine, but the bedside tables were dusty and there was recycling left in the closet.

Overall experience was great. Disappointed about no shuttle, no food on site at my time of I was disabled and could not go out to eat.

The pool was closed. The front desk couldn’t answer my questions.

Location was convenient, with local amenities, restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance from the hotel.

No microwave or fridge in room , never have I stayed at a hotel and had to request them to be in my room . Pool was closed !!! Stayed 2 nights and only got a breakfast voucher for one day and the hotel breakfast was terrible .

Rooms, lobby , restaurant & hallways were exceptionally clean. Exercise room needs some loving care... several machines were broken; no water in the cooler. Pool was out of service! Downtown Hamilton seemed a little rough with all the homeless people!!

Room was clean. Everything was up to date. Good staff.

Good location. Decor a little outdated. Odd layout in bathroom. Had to squeeze between the toilet and sink to stand in front of the mirror to get ready. Wind coming up through a crack near the heater near window made me think a window was open, it was SO loud.

Old hotel, thin walls and poor sound control through windows. Few amenities. Expensive for what you get

The hotel is in a great location, it is affordable, and clean. Free underground parking and breakfast! Would def stay there again.
