No pool No room service Breakfast staff hunted u down for the free breakfast voucher like an animal

It was quiet and clean. Good breakfast but not including the warm food such as eggs. It is located in downtown so you have access to downtown even by walking. Only thing that I did not like was the fan. Whenever started to work, it had a cold fan then became warm and made me sick. Did not have curtain to cover it.

Near downtown area. Walking distance to any place in downtown.

Parking was included and lots of it with access to the elevator.

Hotel was fine, room was good. The hotel does not have a restaurant. Walking up and down the street, you could only see pizza & fast food places. The area is quite run down and not conducive for exploring beyond 2 or 3 blocks.

The property is well located well priced the only thing I think it’s missing is a little bar where you could sit and get a drink

The check in was smooth, prompt delivery of requested items like microwave and fridge in the room and best of all no extra charge. the location is very good, many eateries around, the staff are helpful and quick to provide for our needs. will definitely stay there again. needs to update decor in the lobby.

The room was wayyyyyyy tooooooo hot!!! We had the air on to the max but it had to have been regulated because it never got cooler than 23 C which is just too hot for sleeping, for us.

The rooms and beds were fine. The room and bathroom was a little smaller that expected. The maid service was non-existent one day of our stay for no apparent reason, we returned in the evening to the same condition as when we'd left - wet towels, unmade beds. The continental breakfast was served in the restaurant one day and the remainder of our stay the restaurant was closed ( although you could go in an sit at the tables ) and the breakfast offerings was staged in the hallway with plastic plates and utensils you had to clean up and dispose of yourself - not what I'd expected.
