"Swissotel Quito"

This is my second stay here and the Swissotel Quito deserves all five stars. Outstanding, professional and friendly service from every department. The Front Desk staff made check-in very smooth and friendly. The breakfast buffet is amazing with help from Flor Maria and Christian. I also had a wonderful experience in the Bar LePoint thanks to Sarahi and Rony. The housekeeping staff was also very helpful and friendly. All around it was an exceptional experience. I look forward to my next visit. Many thanks!

La cama que nos tocó era muy duro el colchón, y las almohadas igual estaban duras, pero el colchón demasiado duro ! por lo demás todo muy bien!
