Swissotel Quito

This hotel offers an excellent location, comfortable rooms, but most importantly, a very first class service. Highly recommended.

הגעתי אחרי טיסות ארוכות מישראל ובתקופת מלחמה - התקבלתי על ידי הקבלה - JOSÉ LOIS AND EDOARDO CONCIERGE, בצורה מושלמת עם אנגלית ברורה וחיוך תמידי. עם סבלנות ורצון אמיתי לעזור. פתרו לי כל בעיה. צוות הבוקר בימים הבאים עזרו לי כמובן גם לתאם מסג פעמיים ביעילות רבה מאוד. תודה רבה לכם. אתם אנשים נפלאים. לתת שרות כל יום וכל המשמרת עם פנים מוארות זו יכולת נהדרת ועל זה תבורכו. מומלץ להגיע למלון הזה. החיוכים נמצאים בכל מקום וכל היום. נדירים.

Great location, close to bus stops and the metro plus lots of taxis. 2 miles from the historic center, beautiful gardens and lots of museums close by. Hotel was very comfortable and a high standard. Had a beautiful indoor to outdoor heated pool, and use of a gym, sauna and steam room. Several options for eating just within the hotel which were all excellent. The breakfast buffet is sensational. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We asked if we could store our luggage on the checkout day since we weren't flying until the evening, they said yes, but they also offered a deal on a room check out extension: pay an extra $60 and we could keep the room until 4pm, and have chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of champagne. We took the deal and it was fabulous! We had champagne and delicious chocolate strawberries that night, and then the next morning went for a walk around the historic center before heading back to the hotel for a swim and some spa time. It was the perfect end to our holiday.

Superb. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel facilities were top notch with a lovely heated indoor/outdoor pool and use of the gym, sauna and steam room. The food was incredible and the breakfast buffet is incredible- delicious with a wide range of dishes, and excellent value for money. The hotel staff were so welcoming and professional. We felt well taken care of. The location is also excellent, on a main road close to buses, taxis and only 2 miles from the historic center of Quito. We would definitely stay here again.

Excelente servicio

Awesome hotel on a very nice location of Quito. The rooms were clean and spacious. The Breakfast is just amazing good and the staff is kind and friendly.
