Pool not working small breakfast area gets crowded quickly

We got a room with a kitchen. Wish that it was a little bigger than it was, but we made due. Dishware, cookware, u the utensils, etc was supplied. Our room didn't have a table with chairs so that was a bit of a bummer, but only the big suites do. Pull out couch was small, but my kids' were able to sleep on it. My husband and I slept on the Queen bed It was too uncomfortable for me as I could feel the springs in my back, so I had to sleep above the bedding. Breakfast served daily was free, some tasted great, some not so much, in my opinion. Mon-Wed evening, they have a social with dinner, so we did that a couple of nights. Love that they accept ESA animals so the pet fees were waived. The staff were very friendly. We didn't get to use the pool due to the water being green. We also didn't take advantage of the outdoor grills or fire pit, so I can't say about those. Overall was a great stay. Oh yea, one little minus was that the fridge kept making a loud noise, and it took a bit for the maintenance man to be notified but when he was, he came up to check it and stated that it was the fan motor. He sprayed it temporarily and ordered a new one, so as soon as It came in, he came up and fixed it so no more loud noises at night.

The room cleanliness and location.

The queen size bed is more like a full. To small for a large couple. The mattress also needs replaced. It sagged in the center.

Th a rooms are very spacious! There was a stain in the tub that is the only reason for the 4 star vs 5 star. But otherwise it was a nice and clean place to be. I’d stay here again.

I paid for 2 nights .. on the day of check in no one said the pool was down.. the whole point of that hotel was the location and pool.. I feel it should have been stated especially since the front desk attendant said it will be down for 2 months.. why would that be withheld if the main attraction at this property is the pool. They said I could check out with no penalty .. but why would there be if your hotel didn’t express all amenities were not available. I asked for a partial refund .. she said no. I could just leave if I wanted . Now I’m disputing the whole stay!

Ils n'ont pas respecté le choix de chambre que l'on avait choisi. Il n'y avait pas de chaise pour 2 personnes. Le service au petit déjeuner était nul.
