The one-bed room was quite hot as in the third floor and under the roof - to be expected when traveling in Germany in summer...

Very good stay

Oh My good, stay away, here they start check in at 15.00, not one minute before, and People is stranding in a long line. Check in takes 1Hours 15 min, No Bar No nothing, on Sunday you feel like living on the country, far away from city. Rooms Nice and clean, but its more a Bed and Breakfast with No service. Feels like the staff hate there job, and they dont know what it means to have Guest. Never again

My husband and I got disappointed because we were looking forward for our stay in there, to have a relaxing stay but unfortunately we didn't. We didn't sleep well. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillow is not good. The bathroom has dirty tiles and the sink has a huge crack, that's why I felt like the bathroom was not clean at all. The walls are so thin that you can hear the people talking and walking in the hallway and in the morning, you can also hear the cleaning staffs doing the vacuum in the other room. The wifi connection was not good as well.

nice facilities, large rooms with good bathrooms, nice and clean times friendly and helpful staff, good selection in breakfast, typical German breakfast. however, air conditioning is lacking, so even with the fan it was a bit hot.

Well, we spent one night in this hotel, this was not a great one. On arrival we noticed many people discussing, sitting on the door steps drinking and smoking cigarettes right below the open windows of the rooms. Anyway we checked in and used the worn out elevator to get to our room. The corridors smelled cigarette badly, very badly. When entering the room we realised in one second that we were given a smoking room, the small was disgusting (and I smoke...). So we when back to the desk and asked for a non smoking room, which we obtained, without any apologies...Problem with the new room was that it was located right above the people smoking and drinking in front of the reception, so, because it was too hot and we could not close the window, we had to endure the smoke coming to our room until party guys were done. The room itself smelled like dirty carpeting, bathroom was not dirty but definitely too old and to be fixed. The shower head was fixed using plastic collars, the drain was black, etc... The night was quiet until 6am, when people started to wake up...corridors amplify each tiny noise. Breakfast: After a 5 min waiting time in from of the sign "please kindly wait for being seated"...we decided to sit. The waitress came to us and rudely told us that we should have waited...well we though we did wait enough. Breakfast was ok. Well, the place is not great but not very expensive at the same time. However I think that the owners should at least prevent people from drinking and smoking right next to the entrance, which would avoid the whole hotel to smell bad. The impression is therefore pretty bad on this hotel that gives a feeling of dirtiness everywhere.

Very friendly staff! The parking downstairs isn't for free, so you will need to look for a parking spot in the area. They came really early to clean the room by the way... Wifi wasn't that great.

We spent a week at this hotel. The staff was nice and polite. Our room and the rest of the facility has seen better days, although it’s understandable for an older hotel. Even if the rooms had carpet floors it felt clean and we never had a problem with our rooms. I’ve seen earlier posts about the rooms being too small, but honestly it wasn’t a problem for us. The only downside this hotel has is that the elevator don’t work, witch makes it hard for elderly. And there wasn’t food in the restaurant available for those who didn’t make the day before reservations, which I find surprising. Over all our stay was nice, working WiFi and close to the city center. You obviously get what you pay for, this isn’t a 5star hotel and therefore you can’t set too high expectations(for those who read older posts). The pricing was therefor in my opinion fair and on the cheaper side.

It was nekar the city. And a big shoppingcenter. Very good good on the hotel.

Pleasant short overnight only stay on the way to Denmark. Beds were quite uncomfortable but everything else was good, especially appreciated the service!
