"I would give my stay 9 out of 10. If the above food were hot, then 10/10."

Breakfast was great, catered well to different tastes but had a good variety of local flavours and differing slightly on different days. Could not fault customer service from service desk to porters to concierge to engineering ( who helped to unscrew our weighing scale and put new battery in for us), to the dining room staff at breakfast, to the staff who handed me the white ball for the pool table. So impressed on all counts. Big comfortable beds, spacious room, good size balcony.

Some of the food like fried rice, mee goreng, samosas, spring rolls could be warmer or hotter.

Toilet door could be improved to full instead of half so water during shower doesn’t come out of the shower area space
