Security alertがでている週に宿泊を延長せざるをえなかったが、そのような緊急の週に毎日、宿泊費をもとても高く(通常300ドル台のところ、520ドル以上)に変えていた。非常事態に便乗して、レートを高くすることは許せない。また、従業員は常に受け付けてのところで話していて、態度が悪い。
