Staff was great, pool was cold either way as we booked this property as we wanted to use the pool. They had jacuzzis that we used instead. Great location, easy access to best spots in CDMX.

Reported shower drain not working 3 times on three different days. Staff never took a look at. Requested some hot water for tea, was told to call room service. After calling room service it took 40 min. Just bad service. Will never stay here again.

El desayuno buffet muy variado, el personal en general, aunque tuve problemas por que el pago a través de booking se demoró

Yo tenía dos reservas y la segunda no aparecía aunque en mi tarjeta de crédito estaba cargada, finalmente segunda solucionó, pero tuve un mal entendido con el personal de recepción, por la demora del pago.

It’s a decent place in a convenient location. Security is a bit extra, where if anyone goes up to your room for any duration of time they have to register and leave their ID at reception (even during the day). This isn’t the case with hotels in the area in the low end (NH, Ibis, etc.) or the higher end ones like FS and St Regis.

Good costumer service , the hotel in general is excellent, the hotel has a beautiful restaurant, food is delicious, great service, I had a tamarindo mezcal margarita , highly recommended, my room so clean my bed was cozy and conformable. Highly recommend Marriott Reforma Hotel.
