"Bad and worst service from receptionist"

Check-in in the morning and they told me the room is not ready yet and ask me come back on the 1pm. I did so, but have been told the room is still not available until 3pm. However, they are many guests having their room ready during the queuing and waiting time. Is it possible that the room given to guest is all other types of the room? I do not think so. If it is a family running hotel I could understand the situation but this is the Marriott hotel, the service of the hotel is the worst Marriott I have ever seen staying. It is better to stay the opposite similar brand hotel.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. Staff was pleasant and attentive, security was top notch, clean rooms and the hotel was centrally located to everything. I will be staying here for all future visits. Can’t say enough about this location, thank you!
