Personal dürfte etwas freundlicher und zuvorkommender sein. Covid-19 Schutzkonzept müsste etwas stärker befolgt werden. Wenn sich die Kunden nicht daran halten wäre das Personal gefordert.

Great location halfway up the village,so easy to access both cable cars. Room was spacious with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and very quiet generally. Loved the rainforest shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Be warned,no kettle in room, so take a travel kettle and mug if you like a cup of tea in your room.

"Sunstar Arosa 2019"

Sunstar Arosa was very clean and the amenities were great. Arosa is a nice and quiet little ski town with beautiful scenery and plenty of good restaurants.

Die Raumaufteilung im Hotel ist sehr gut funktionell, das Schwimmbad ist großartig sowohl in der Größe als auch in der Gestaltung, nicht gefallen hat mir das Mix zwischen ständiger Musik aus dem Lautsprecher im Speisesaal und abendlichen Live Piano . Entweder das eine oder das andere.

"Bon rapport qualité/prix pour cet hôtel excentré"

L'hôtel est un peu éloigné des pistes, mais il y a un service de navette. Le skipass est inclus. Le petit-déjeuner continental conviendra à tout le monde. Il y a un spa, pas très grand mais complet avec sauna et hammam, et une piscine (de 25m?).
