Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Philomena very welcoming. View with a balcony awesome although no snow on peaks when we was there. Buffet breakfast, lots to choose from. Catering for all needs. Had an evening meal which was lovely. Room very clean. Evening staff knocked to see if we required anything every night. Free apples at reception. Free bus to station. Nice walk into Arosa. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Beautifully situated and seating to sit outside. Rooms very warm.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Relativ grosses und sauberes Zimmer. Super, dass das Hotel auf die Umwelt achtet und die Wäsche nur auf Wunsch wechselt. Leckeres Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Zimmersauberkeit war in Ordnung. Im ganzen Hotel sind jedoch die Fenster schmutzig. Wellnessbereich ist wunderbar. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und wird aufgefüllt. Die Umgebung ist top und Tag wie Nachts sehr ruhig.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war gut. Was mir einfach aufgefallen ist, dass im gesamten Hotel (Wellness, Speisesaal und in meinem Zimmer) die Fenster ziemlich schmutzig sind. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, schönes Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und mega ruhig, Tags wie Nachts. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön.

"Nice place"

I remained quite astonished because while I was out from my room in the afternoon, some minutes after my arrival, the cleaning lady has came in the room to re-make the bed. But it looked perfect when I checked in. Strange! Restaurant and fitness room are both very good. The receptionist should be more gentle.

Bin auf einer Wanderung von Lenzerheide nadch Arosa und von Arosa nach Davos dort geblieben -eher untypischer Gast. Aber sehr zuvorkommendes Personal
