Location & Staff

Booking.com or the hotel had not booked my daughter s rooms fortunately it got resolved. But it was applauding service between you both. The hotel was catering for several junior football teams & they were allowed just to run riot. Then when I booked for next time I was misled by one member of staff as to free cancellation which I always look for. So on this occasion not great

Bed comfortable.

Told air con may not work, told I may not get a fan, on the hottest day of the year. Carpets dirty and shower running slow. Bar and food of a very low standard

Room had air conditioning, was big and the bedy was very comfortable.

Breakfast could have been better - we had to wait around for cutlery to be washed. That being said the breakfast was free so we cant really complain!
