Proximity to the M25

I didn’t sleep very well; the pillows were a bit flat and hard. That ruined most of the experience. Everything else was good

Staff was brilliant especially karen who checked us in but also staff at breakfast was nice very attentive Always making sure we was ok Location of hotel was good aswell just of m25 at dartford
