Garner Hotel Lincoln by IHG

Very run down and tired hotel. I reported several issues to the staff who just said they are getting regular complaints. Apparently the hotel is due to change hands and awaiting a refurb. However the hotel is still in the hands of ibis which reflects on their standards. Unfortunately the standards are very low for the money paid. I will be contacting the head office for an explanation as to why the standards have slipped so much.

El estacionamiento es amplio y el costo es acorde al hotel y su ubicación.

Aún y cuando dejamos la etiqueta en la puerta de favor de asear la habitación, no se hizo el aseo.

Lovely night staff and so kind to my dog that was with me

Could of used a fan in the room but than that it a nice

Dirty towels, rooms was so hot no fan and can’t open window
