Very comfortable, great price.

No air con and the room was quite warm. However you could request a fan.

Location was fine , breakfast and an evening meal we had were both excellent

Hotel looks a bit tired , cracked tiles on bathroom floor, hole in carpet needs a coat of pain

Each Ibis being much the same of another is reassuring as guests know the standards which they will find.

Noisy neighbours

Arrived at the hotel to a warm friendly welcome. The hotel is not near the centre of Lincoln but we were able to get off the train in North Hykeham and walk 30 mins or so from the station there. We stayed here as were attending a concert at the castle that night. The hotel is in a quiet location, with a Costa Coffee and KFC nearby. We made our way to our twin room (216)… the room was large enough for the two of us, it was clean and orderly but quite warm. There wasn’t any A/C but we did have a window that opened - the first time in an Ibis that didn’t have A/C… the open window wasn’t quite enough to cool the room down (as it was late June on a very hot day and night). The beds were very comfy but the pillows were not adequate, as far too soft. There was only one spare pillow which I used and it didn’t really make any difference as that was too soft too. The only bin in the room was in the bathroom next to the toilet. The tea tray was ok. The room was generally quiet throughout the night considering it was near to the lift. The breakfast was plentiful and warm. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Bed and pillow not comfortable, motorway traffic sounds all through night. No fan provided and nights unbearable hot, even with windows opened and traffic noise from motorway.Bed not comfortable, pilow so old and flat, my neck still aches. Breakfast not good at all, sausage was really bad and scrambled eggs was bad

Free parking, good selection for breakfast

One pillow per person. One towel per person. One tea bag per person. Room spartan, absolutely no frills - not even rubbish bin in bedroom. Not value for money. Bar badly stocked. Cafe talked about in advertising non existent. Banging of doors late at night as revellers returned.
