If you have reserved a rate that requires a deposit, for your security, the credit card used for pre-payment must be presented at check in. If the guest does not have access to the credit card, they must be able to provide an official form of photo I.D. i.e. Passport or photo driving license, a copy of which will be retained by the hotel. Offsite parking is available just a short walk away with an overnight charge or GBP 15 per car per night. Please note it is essential that guests call in advance to secure their post. If guests have not booked a parking space, the hotel recommends the car park at the Riverside Train Station, a couple of minutes walk away. Please be aware that prices are dynamic and subject to fluctuation, they may increase or decrease at any time without prior notice. Please check for the most current pricing before making any purchasing decisions as rates cannot be amended once a booking is confirmed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
