Bed was very comfortable. Good location near a mall and shops. Staff were very accommodating even though the language barrier didn't help. Would stay here again

Sometimes the noise from the corridor would come into the room and you could hear other guests in the hotel.

The breakfast was very good, and I really enjoyed the nice, clean, and friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. Thank you to your team for providing such a welcoming environment.

I recently stayed at your hotel, which I understand is rated as five stars. However, during my stay there were no complimentary drinks provided in the room, unlike other five-star hotels I have stayed at before. I was quite surprised by this and wanted to check whether this was an oversight, or if your hotel does not provide in-room beverages as part of the standard service. Thank you for looking into this for me.
