Room is good bed is comfortable location is awesome

Staff need to provide more information during my check in process , no detail info on how to go to floor 50 restaurant as it involve change lift or certain lift can access to that floor. No WiFi information although is open WiFi .

It was near the metro station maybe ten minute walk. For a visit to Hong Kong via Lo Wu, it’s a one metro stop away. Reasonable number of decent eateries and massage outlets in the vicinity. Having CNA channel is a plus. Room is spacious albeit the absence of a view. It stared directly into another high rise block.

The pillows were horrendously flat. Our sleep could have been better. Having six breakfasts with largely the same menu was challenging. It would be great if the 50th floor was available for breakfast during weekdays.
