beds were comfortable, the view was beautiful, beach was literally steps away. Breakfast was good- I really appreciated that they had Turkey Sausage. I would definitely stay here again.

The shower did not drain well so you were standing in a puddle as you showered

The hotel is right on the beach!! Pool is beautifully clean staff is amazingly helpful and friendly.

Elevators need help! One would close on you as soon as it opened, we tried going down one time and when we got to the first floor the doors didn't open but it sent up back up then back down.. the other elevator was slow.. so slow.

"Hotel needs updates badly.!!!!"

Hotel is very old and needs a facelift/updated rooms especially the bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for you. The beach is wonderful and clean; the pool was very clean and well kept. Free breakfast was just ok, nothing special except for their cinnamon rolls were good. ocean front room we had was clean and comfortable, as I said the bathroom needs serious update. The room rate is not bad until to add three local taxes that adds 40.00 to the room rate, but the kicker is parking fee of 11.60??? Overall, the hotel is what it is an older hotel but clean, friendly and I would probably stay here again if traveling to gulf shores.
