"Hotel needs updates badly.!!!!"

Hotel is very old and needs a facelift/updated rooms especially the bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for you. The beach is wonderful and clean; the pool was very clean and well kept. Free breakfast was just ok, nothing special except for their cinnamon rolls were good. ocean front room we had was clean and comfortable, as I said the bathroom needs serious update. The room rate is not bad until to add three local taxes that adds 40.00 to the room rate, but the kicker is parking fee of 11.60??? Overall, the hotel is what it is an older hotel but clean, friendly and I would probably stay here again if traveling to gulf shores.

Those coffee makers are painfully slow. Always a line to wait at least 3 minutes per cup. For as much as the room cost is absolutely was NOT worth it. Will jot be back

"Great value and location!"

We have stayed at this location twice and have nothing but great things to say about our stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and ready to help. The breakfast rivals any breakfast restaurant on the main strip. The views from any of the rooms from 17 to 22 have a Gulf view. We watched several dolphins playing in the surf from our balcony. If you're comparing this to a condo, that's not a fair comparison. Each room is clean, spacious and quiet. We stayed during a basketball tournament and could not hear any noise from the adjacent rooms. Don't hesitate to stay here!
