Very nice

It has gone down hill since out two other stays over the last four years.

Nothing

They don’t have cable on the first floor We were traveling with family and their door wouldn’t unlock so they couldn’t get in their room we cancelled our rooms and found a different hotel and yet we still haven’t gotten a refund for our room that we never stayed in

Booked this online through Booking. Com and when I got to the hotel I had to cancel the reservation and look for another hotel. This hotel was disgusting just getting on the elevator and when we got to the room the cards didn’t work so we went down and told the girl to cancel due to the filth of the halls and elevator I did t even want to go into the room. The girl with the death said it would be no problem for the cancellation cause they wouldn’t take it out until 4 AM anyhow so she put through the cancellation and gave me a receipt and now I see that I’ve got a pending charge from this hotel on my credit card, which I am disputing.

This is one of the filthiest hotels I’ve ever been in. I can’t even believe the Booking.com or Travao would have this Comfort Inn on their website. It’s disgusting.

Bathroom door warped and wouldn’t shut

Right off i65, the best thing about this was that it had a bed, we slept fine, and the pool was really warm.

The roaches in our room, general upkeep is sorely lacking - flickering lights, closet door sitting next to closet, juice and coffee machines were out of order and there were no other drink options other than the milk provided for the cereal. There were carafes for coffee and hot water and there was a drinking fountain down the hall with lukewarm water. The dining area was a mess with spilled food and a general lack of care as well, which made you wonder about the kitchen where the food was prepared (the roaches made me wonder too…). Overall, it left an icky feeling and we just wanted to get out of there in the morning.

Easy off of interstate . Beds were somewhat comfortable. Sheets were nice.

It smells. The rooms have an odor so does lobby. Makes it seem not clean but appeared to be clean. Half used roll of toilet paper in bathrooms. Breakfast was limited with juice machines not working. One muffin .

The pillows were nice.

Everything was out of order. Outdated it could use a major facelift. Bad breakfast. The lady putting stuff out had a napkin wiping sweat while refilling items. The toilet would start running on its own during the night. No hot water.

Convenient location

Room was dirty, bathroom had black rusting ceiling. Went to breakfast when it started cold eggs no milk no juice said the girl working last night didnt put food out to thaw which was why things weren't there finally got some milk out but coffee was cold had to microwave it. Absolutely would not recommend.

Room was clean. Staff very nice

Breakfast the juice machine was out of order. I don’t drink coffee so I really missed the juice machine
